I am looking for the Request whitelist setting field which is propose in the documentation.

I have only two fields:
“Exclude these locations from inspection by the firewall”
“Exclude requests with these HTTP headers from inspection by the firewall”

I would like to authorise “/events/?eme_eventAction=stripe_notification” which are “blocked by country rule”

You need to configure country-based access rules. In your case, it should be form submissions.

Yes you are right and I did it. But it is there a weak point. It should be fine if I could authorise only the request /events/?eme_eventAction=stripe_notification POST without a so large country rule.
