Blocked from Creating Form

When trying to create and save a new form with Forminator, I am being blocked after pressing “create”.

I get the following message:

We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed
Your request looks suspiciously similar to automated requests from spam posting software or it has been denied by a security policy configured by the website administrator.

If you believe you should be able to perform this request, please let us know.

I am not only being blocked by WP Cerber, but at the same time, it seems, by another security plugin, BPS security. On the same page as the Message from Cerber, its message says: “403 Forbidden Error”.

Cerber says: “Probing for vulnerable code” and “Denied”. I have had simliar experiences with other plugins before. Why can it not simply allow the administrator’s IP to be whitlisted automatically? I even tried to whitelist my IP by hand by adding it in the field after “Exclude these locations from inspection by the firewall”. It did not help.

What can I do (besides shutting off Cerber every time I create a new form)? I do not really want to do this while other IPs are trying to break into the system and Cerber is protecting it. I would appreciate help.

Thank you. Entering the URL part before the question marked worked (but it was not specific to the plugin, it was actually /wp-admin/admin.php before the question mark only, so I hope that is not too broad?), entering the IP address had not.
