I have a few E-commerce sites I’ve built using WordPress and WooCommerce. One of my clients reached out because a customer of his was trying to make a purchase, but when he clicked “View Cart”, he got the yellow glove with the, “You are not allowed to access…” message. I then checked all of my other e-commerce sites and I was able to replicate the issue on one of them. How can I prevent this from happening?
Then today on a membership site a user tried to login to access his password protected content and he also got the yellow glove. There are around 40 people in that group and as far as I know, he is the only one who encountered the Yellow Glove. I deactivated Cerber on that site until I can resolve these issues.
I love Cerber as an everything in one place security solution, but I could really use some assistance in understanding what settings in Cerber I need to edit to prevent this from happening again. Can anyone please help?
