Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly

Hi WP Cerber.
I have been using the plugin for years from the Wordpress repo.
I’ve noticed now when trying to upgrade my PHP version to 8x that I am getting the errors:

PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wp-cerber domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/user/site.co.uk/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114

It seems there is a breaking change in WordPress 6.7 that is causing these notices, and it appears that many themes and plugins have been affected. We are currently analyzing the situation to determine the appropriate solution. Stay tuned for updates.
