Gravity Forms PDF Upload

Hello, I am trying to get a form to work, but IP addresses keep getting blocked when a PDF is added to the uploader of the Gravity form. Cerber is saying ther eis malicious code, but I have scanned it several times with different scanners, and the file seems legitimate.

Is there a way to loosen this security measure, or fix these false positives?

Thanks.

Hi! Some PDF files contain JavaScript code, which may trigger WP Cerber’s security algorithms and sometimes cause false positives. While these false positives can be inconvenient, WP Cerber is designed to block such files by default.

If the files come from trusted sources, you can configure an exception in the Traffic Inspector settings. To do this, identify the URL used to submit the form (see the log), or more specifically, to upload a PDF file. Remove your website’s domain name and any GET parameters from the URL, then add the remaining request path to the “Exclude these locations from inspection by the firewall” setting.
