I’ve been using WP Cerber for over a year now, and I just updated it to 9.6.4. Big thanks to the developers for all the hard work—you’re doing an amazing job! But when I checked the “Sessions” page, I don’t see any of those green “2FA” labels that are mentioned in the release notes. Am I missing something? Do I need to enable a setting or is there a specific condition for these labels to appear?
Hi! The reason you’re not seeing the 2FA labels on the “Sessions” page is that this feature applies only to new sessions that start after updating to WP Cerber 9.6.4. Sessions and logins that occurred before you updated to version 9.6.4 won’t display the 2FA labels.
Going forward, any user sessions initiated after the update will be tracked with the green “2FA” labels as described. If you’d like to test this, you can log out and log back in or ask another user with enforced 2FA to do so. Let me know if you have any further questions.
