No support from PRO versions or forums for months

Maybe I am just not good enough to understand, and the questions I ask are so simple no one answers - but I have had questions and support tickets outstanding 8 months - I have always backed wp cerber and use it evereywhere and pay for PRO to support the project - but when you get zero response from a PRO support ticket for months - how can I trust you… same thing on these forums, I search for answers before posting but at this point with 2FA still unresolved and support questions unanswered I am starting to look elsewhere - for a plugin that is supported, that has a support team that replies - yes it might not be as good - but if I can get 2FA to work that would help massively
