Open Link in New Tab

After the last update to version 6.7.1 when using CTRL+hyperlink on an IP-address a “New Tab” should open in a New Tab but the link opens at the actual page.
Now I / We have to use click-right and select Open Link in New Tab.
That is not user friendly, certainly when having a lot of IP’s to block.
It only happens in the WPCerber environment.
Rest of the WP environment works as it should.
Is this a bug and if yes, when will it it be corrected ?
If it is just me, what could be the cause ?
Best regards,
Alfred

On what page do you get this effect?

Thanks for the quick response.
On any page where I can use wpcerber in the admin environment.
wp-admin/admin.php?page=cerber-security
wp-admin/admin.php?page=cerber-traffic
wp-admin/admin.php?page=cerber-traffic&tab=traffic&filter_wp_type=520
etc.

It’s not a bug. This effect occurs because we updated the admin interface in the latest version of WP Cerber (9.6.5). The behavior of links to the Activity and Traffic logs has been updated to make the plugin UI more comfortable for admins (well, except when using CTRLs). Could you please describe the scenario in which you use the CTRL+hyperlink combination? I believe I can offer some advice.

Of course it should be version 9.6.5 of WP Cerber and not the Wordpress version I mentioned. sorry for that.
I am happy with the new interface, it is not only clearer, but also more pleasant.
If I want to put IP addresses on the blacklist, I use the CTRL+hyperlink action.
It does not matter which IP address I click with CTRL+hyperlink in the Wp Cerber environment.
All CTRL+hyperlinks do not open in a new tab, but are opened on the page itself.

Manually adding suspicious IPs to the blacklist takes time and isn’t really needed. It’s more efficient to rely on WP Cerber’s security algorithms to detect and block malicious IP addresses automatically and provide optimal protection for your website.

:point_right: That said, we’ll address this behavior in the next release.

Thanks Nick. Looking forward.
