I ran a full security scan on the website and the report tracked 7 critical issues, six which were labeled as ‘Unattended suspicions file’ and ‘High’. The interesting part is that the files in question reside in Cerber’s own directories:
/wp-cerber/jetflow.php Unattended suspicious file High
/wp-cerber/nexus/cerber-nexus-master.php Unattended suspicious file High
/wp-cerber/nexus/cerber-slave-list.php Unattended suspicious file High
/wp-cerber/cerber-ripe.php Unattended suspicious file High
/wp-cerber/cerber-whois.php Unattended suspicious file High
/wp-cerber/nexus/cerber-nexus-slave.php Unattended suspicious file High
While I’m 50% confident that this is simply and internal misconfiguration on the part of Cerber engineers, it is still a bit unsettling. Is there a way to remedy this so that the scanner does not report on its own files?
Thank you.
