Warnings on your own plugin?

Hi, did a scan today and got a load of high warnings for your plugin. When I open “checksum mismatch” I get this message:

" The contents of the file have been changed and do not match what exists in the official WordPress repository or a reference file you have uploaded earlier. The file may have been altered by malware, infected by a virus or has been tampered with.

To solve this issue you have to reinstall WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan or update it to the latest version."

I have the plugin set to the latest update, since February. Any clue why this is happening? Thank you

WP Cerber scans its own files just like it does with other plugins. The “checksum mismatch” warning indicates that some of the plugin files have been altered compared to the original versions. This could happen for several reasons, not necessarily due to malware or tampering. For example, files can be modified by various services such as a backup tool.

To resolve the issue, reinstall WP Cerber to ensure that all files are restored to their correct versions. This will fix any unintentional modifications. You can also perform another scan after reinstalling to verify that everything is back to normal.

The professional version of WP Cerber automatically recovers itself during a scheduled scan.

How do you check if a plugin is not in WP repository, for example in GitHub.
