Wp-cerber plugin crashes website with fatal error

This problem occurs on all my site with wp-cerber rel 9.6.2 and the latest WordPress 6.4.3 running [GeneratePress] theme
.I have had to go in via cpanel and rename wp-cerber to be able to get into the websites
here are error log traces from two websites:

I have gone to https://wpcerber.com/installation/ to get a fresh copy of wp-cerber 9.6.2 but there is no download available! I would like to try loading a clean copy but cannot.
