WP Cerber's support system is blocking my contact messages

I have tried for two weeks to send a Support message on the WP Cerber customer site and each time it blocks me from sending the note. I was erroneously charged again this year and need help with the issue or I’m going to do a chargeback. I also emailed support: support@wpcerber.com twice and have not gotten a response.

Dear WP Cerber, I have tried your support form on the licenses site only to be blocked. I have emailed many times. And, I have left a voicemail. If I do not receive a response by 3pm EST on Tuesday November 18th 2025, I will do a chargeback and cancel my account. The next decision is yours. We have been a longtime customer. Do you want to keep us or NOT?
